New Bra

It's one of those fancy modern bras that can be worn without a top!  It's black with sparkly bits and while not underwired it looks comfy enough, I'll give it a try out tomorrow (under a top, I don't want to scare people off with my huge belly) and see how it goes.

have to shower and tart myself up earlier today though.  Maybe my purple trousers and strappy top and my big woolly cardie as well, as it feels cold this morning.

I need more storage room for my clothes

I don't have the room for it but I'd like another wardrobe for my blouses, skirts and dresses and another set of drawers for my tops & jeans, my current drawers are half taken up with my lingerie (my drawers are full of drawers ;))

is it possible to own too many pink clothes

it seems that whenever I sort my waship up into groups the pink pile is always the largest, I'm not complaining as pink is my favourite colour but I don't want people to think that I wear it just to convince people I'm a woman, I wear it to express my femininity yes but also I do like the colour and how it suits my figure and my hair and eyes, maybe I'm just having an existential crisis?

Girly Clothes Shopping Day

I bought 3 skirts, one pinky red, another beige with pink flowery pattern & the 3rd a turquisey woodland pattern on it.
I got 2 tops, one plain purple & the other a purple & orange pattern.
I got a denim waistcoat & a pair of denim boyfriend jeans (I don't like the jeans though.
I also) got a new black leather handbag for everyday use as my current one is getting a bit battered with constant use.

near wardrobe malfunction

my tights kept slipping down all morning and I didn't want to wear my skirt with bare legs so I popped out at breaktime to get a pair of trousers, and they only cost me £1.99!!!

they've arrived and they look fab, my employer won't pay for the corporate wear it requires me to wear at work, so I've had to buy my own...

found a nice blouse and skirt in an online catalogue that would be suitable for work :) summer is very much the time for wearing skirts as they keep my legs cool even in the heat and blouses are very much my fave top of choice for the office as they look professional and yet still look very feminine at the same time.

I popped into the catalogue shop in the precinct and got myself a couple of bargains, some nice brown cropped jeans, a pretty brown and orange flowery top and a raspberry jacket which will go perfectly with the raspberry wide-legged trousers I have on order with an internet catalogue.

Bought some books from Waterstones, the black cover versions of Equal Rites, Sourcery & Interesting Times. Also got the remixed & remastered version of Megadeth's Youthanasia CD. Some interesting reactions to me wearing very feminine clothes in Durham, going from a couple of lads laughing at me to a couple of guys really checking me out and even another woman checking me out too, so the feeling good about myself outweighed the ignorance of the insecure. While I am bi and I am attracted to some women I haven't seriously thought about looking within my own gender to find a significant other as my attraction to men far exceeds my lesbian side. I also saw a nice white handbag in BHS but I'll hold off buying it until I get paid on Friday.

major girly shopping day

I've bought a couple of pairs of trousers, a pair of bikini briefs, a large floppy sun hat, loads of jewellery, a new duvet cover, a couple of books, an action figure and a DVD all for just £75 :) That's most of my birthday money spent already but the trousers are just SO girly I had to buy them and I need more necklaces, bracelets and rings for my jewellery collection. What I really need though is a dressing table, a jewellery box and a really good vanity mirror.

another first

not only my first day in public in a skirt but also my first day at work in heels, I wore flats to drive there and back again, but still I felt so completely feminine (if a little draughty at times) and can't see why I ever waited so long to deploy my legs in public. Although my tights laddered badly around dinner time and I had to keep pulling the skirt down when it rode up to hide said ladders.
